Mandy is the founder of the True Me Reset Program. She’s known as the Sustainable Weight Loss Coach because she’s helped hundreds of people healthfully lose their excess weight and keep it off.

Mandy holds a doctorate in psychology, with a focus on understanding motivation, behavior change, and happiness. As a personal and business coach of 20 years and former Outward Bound Instructor, she’s walked people through some of the most difficult terrain of their lives.
