Balance for Life: Beyond The 30 Day Challenge

So you've done the Tao 30 Day Challenge.  Maybe you've just finished--or maybe it's been a while.  Either way you feel you could use an extra bit of support in making those healthy habits last.  How do you take what you've learned and what you've accomplished and sustain it for a lifetime? In this program we'll:

  • Identify your food-related triggers
  • Determine what to do when you fall off the wagon (and how to get back on)
  • Find the balance with being healthy and living life fully and joyfully
  • Discover a way to sustain your healthy eating and feeling of control-- for life

 

Tao Optimal Health Challenge

You've either done the Tao 30 day challenge or generally feel you're in a healthy place with your eating.  You're ready to take your health and wellbeing to the next level.  You're ready to experience optimal, vibrant health.  In this program we'll continue to learn more about food and eating in addition to delving into other areas of health--which research has shown to be not only important psychologically, but also tied to our physical health and longevity. Some of the areas we'll dive into include:

  • Photoperiod (sunlight exposure)
  • Happiness
  • Sense of Purpose
